HSV Ranked in “Best 100” in Master-Planned Communities
Once again Hot Springs Village has achieved notoriety. This time the Village was ranked among America’s 100 Best Master-Planned Communities by Where to Retire magazine.
According to Where to Retire editor and publisher Alan Fox, “You’re not just buying a home in these communities, you are buying a lifestyle. These developments are secure, well-maintained and offer amenities like clubhouses, fitness centers and social clubs. There are great options in all types of settings: lakeside, mountain, or coastal.”
Fox added that most communities in the “100 Best” offer a golf course or access to one. Many communities include tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools and walking trails, as well as computer rooms, classes and organized group trips. Fox added that many communities have the security of entry gates or other type of access control.
Hot Springs Village was the only community in Arkansas to make the top 100 list.
